By placing an order with designD studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both the client and the designer, and ensure a smooth working process.

1. Digital Products Only

designD studio offers digital design services only — no printed items or physical goods are included. All files will be delivered digitally via email or download link.

2. Copyright & Usage Rights

All designs, concepts, and content remain the property of designD studio unless a written transfer of ownership is agreed upon.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final design(s) for the intended purpose (e.g., business, event, social media).

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute our designs

• Modify or repurpose them for resale

• Share editable files (unless licensed separately)

designD studio retains the right to display completed designs in portfolios or on social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once design work has begun or a file has been delivered.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise arranged. We do not begin any work until payment is received in full.

Prices are subject to change at any time, and all quotes are valid for 14 days.

5. Revisions

Each design package includes a specific number of revisions (as detailed in your selected service).
Any additional changes beyond this will be quoted separately and may extend the project timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
Delays in communication or content submission may delay your project’s completion.

7. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times are provided with each package. Timelines begin once full payment and all content are received.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

8. File Formats & Delivery

Final files will be delivered in appropriate formats such as PDF, PNG, or JPG.
Editable/source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included unless clearly stated in your package or agreed upon in writing.

designD studio is not responsible for file loss after delivery. Please download and save your files promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Printing errors or issues outside of our control

• Misuse or unauthorized editing of the final design

• Technical compatibility with third-party platforms

All work is delivered as-is, and the client is responsible for final review and approval.

10. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using any designD studio service, you agree to these terms.
These may be updated periodically without notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
